Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and HamroX LLC ("EZmenu", "we") for use of ezmenuapp.com.

The service

EZmenu lets you upload menu images and display them on TVs connected with a code. We work hard to keep it running, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. Keep a backup way to show your menu for critical moments.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done under your account. You must be 18 or older and use the service for a business.

Your content

You keep ownership of the images you upload. You give us permission to store and display them to make the service work. Only upload content you have the right to use. We may remove content that is illegal or abusive.

Copyright and takedowns

EZmenu stores and displays pictures that customers upload; we do not create or review them. If you believe something shown through EZmenu infringes your copyright, email support@ezmenuapp.com with the work concerned, where it appears, your contact details, and a statement that you believe the use is unauthorised. We remove material that is the subject of a valid notice, tell the customer why, and close accounts that infringe repeatedly.

If you are a customer: only upload artwork you own or are licensed to use. Stock photography, another restaurant’s menu, and brand logos you do not have permission for are not yours to put on a screen. Where a menu embeds a video, you are responsible for having the right to show it in your premises; EZmenu plays embedded video muted and does not provide any music or performance licence.

Plans and payment

One menu board is free. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Prices may change with at least 30 days notice by email.

Fair use

Do not try to break, overload or reverse engineer the service, or use it to show unlawful content.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost sales caused by a menu not displaying.

Changes and contact
