How to Share Digital Menus Across Multiple Locations

Use one restaurant menu across many TVs and locations, while keeping a separate menu for a board that needs different prices.

One menu, many TVs

In EZmenu a menu is a set of content: one image or a slideshow, plus options like a scrolling message. Assign the same menu to every TV that should match. Edit the menu once and every TV follows, in every store.

Changing prices everywhere

Open Saved images, press Replace file on the image and upload the new version. Every menu using that image, and every TV showing those menus, updates within seconds. Or edit the menu and pick a different image.

One store with different prices

Create a second menu for that store with its own image and assign it only to that store's boards. Shared changes never touch it. Name it clearly, for example Lunch menu (Airport).

Scheduled price changes

On Multi and higher, open a menu, expand Scheduled update, pick the new image and a time such as Tonight at midnight. Every board using the menu switches at that time, even if you are asleep.

Keep it organized

Add a Location per store, and name boards the way the team talks about them. The Menu boards page shows which TVs are online and which menu each one shows.

Try it with one TV, free.

One menu board is free. No card needed.
